Flowiser (operated by Neeva Consulting LLC) collects only what's needed to follow up on your Revenue Leak Check. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

When you complete the Revenue Leak Check and submit your contact information, we collect:

• Your email address, first name, and company name (required)
• Your phone number (optional, only if you provide it)
• Your audit responses: business type, primary leak category, and the single number you entered
• The estimated leak range calculated from your inputs
• Your browser's user agent string and the referring URL, for spam prevention

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with this site (heatmaps, session recording, click tracking). Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information by default. See Microsoft's privacy statement for details.

How we use it

• To send you the detailed leak analysis you requested (one email from mahesh@flowiser.ai)
• To follow up about your Revenue Leak Check results if you've indicated interest
• To improve the audit questions and benchmark accuracy over time

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral targeting, or automated marketing sequences beyond the one analysis email you requested.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your submission is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Mahesh Thatavarthi. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send transactional email — they process your email address solely to deliver the message you requested.

Data retention

We retain your contact information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with Flowiser. You can request deletion at any time by emailing mahesh@flowiser.ai.

Your rights

You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Email mahesh@flowiser.ai with your request. We'll respond within 5 business days.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies beyond what Microsoft Clarity requires for session analytics. We do not display a cookie consent banner because we do not use cookies that require consent under applicable Texas law.
